3 benches from me a man sleeps
Is he homeless?
Or is he dreading of losing love like I am?
Is he tearing from the emptiness the future holds?
Like I am
Just 3 benches from me a man sleeps
Is he tired of fighting for life?
Or tired of fighting for love?
Like I am
Is his armor in his bag? which lays, by his head
Or is it getting soft from the tears
Like mine is
3 benches from that man sleeping
Will be another man sleeping.

written 6/13/10 (and there was actually a man sleeping 3 benches from, so it is a true story)
